The past seven days have easily been the largest in Melbourne metacore outfit Alpha Wolf’s career so far.
Between sharing the news of their signing to SharpTone Records, releasing their heaviest single to date, Sub Zero, as well as announcing their forthcoming EP Fault, the hits just don’t stop coming for this young band. Today they keep the avalanche of news falling as they announce their latest headlining Australian run alongside some of Australia’s hottest upcoming talent. The Fault Tour will be a homecoming celebration for Alpha Wolf after huge tour across Europe supporting Emmure, as well as playing all the Impericon Festivals to crowds of five to ten thousand fans. Joining the band for this celebration will be Perth’s heaviest export Daybreak, and Melbourne’s emotive metal core outfit Mirrors. Daybreak have been on the lips of the Australian heavy community for some time now. Between getting support from triple j Unearthed, to sharing the stages with bands such as Polaris & Honest Crooks, the young five piece have had a taste of the road and now they are starving for more. 2019 has seen the fruits of Mirrors’ labor come to bare, as they release their second EP Sanctuary to a welcoming scene. This new EP delves deep into the psyche, trying to navigate the chaos of our minds; the lyrical content is complimented by some of their most impressive production to date.
